Pre-Christmas Update

Office talk:

- Our project finally went live barely two weeks ago. Cheers to the team and everyone involved!
- I'll be on leave on the 26th, 27th, and 28th, which means I have more than a week of pure Christmas vacation goodness. \m/
- Quick meeting today on our newest project. It's supposed to be a really big one. Lots riding on it. Our commercial arm in London is practically "salivating" over the project, revenue-wise. Ooh, pressure.
- Goodbye probationary crapness. I'm now a permanent employee! \m/

Family talk:

- It's almost Christmas! And two more days until I see my brothers and my nephew and my niece and everyone else. Yay!
- I don't have presents for them yet! *gasp*
- The Grinch has arrived from London. Haven't seen him yet, though. (But I want my Onitsuka Mexico 66 now! Hehe..)
- I wonder where my Mom and sister are spending Christmas. I wonder where I'm spending Christmas. I hope we're all gonna be in the same roof for Christmas. *cross fingers*
- Kuya, Colleen, Ethan and Ate Awit will be arriving Friday (and so will my Studio 60 mug!). Will probably take Colleen shopping at Powerbooks. That girl's a freaking genius and she loooves to read. I miss her and Ethan to bits!

General talk:

- Belated happy birthday, Fufuness! Waaa, I'm sooo bad. I still can't get over the fact that I forgot your birthday. Will make it up to you, promise! -_- Oh and thanks for the Christmas present!
- Congrats to Janvier on the arrival of her baby! Hope to see you and the little one before the year ends!
- Congrats to Gena, who's getting married January 5th, 2008!
- Welcome to the Christian world, Sean Patrick! I just hope Henry did the right thing by appointing me as one of your godparents. Heee. *kissyface*
- Uploaded pics at my multiply site. Oh, don't mind the title of the site. That's just a silly office developer thing. More power to the nerdoks. \m/
- Getting myself a laptop bag from Technochic tomorrow. It's about time Sabrina travels in style.
- Been sick for the last couple of days. It's probably the weekend's after-effect — too many people over at Megamall, hellishly hot weather, shopping galore.
- Thanks for the Tony Roma's steak and taters, Bok!
- And somehow I'm still thankful that BPI's system crapped out last weekend, or else I would have spent money like there was no tomorrow.
- Thanks to Erik (my officemate and soon-to-be neighbor), I now have the will power to save for a pair of Chocolate/Cotto Cleo Crocs. First, the Onitsukas… now this. Damn you, Cheong! Damn you! Haha! ("Are we that close?") Get well soon and see you next year!
- Thanks to Joseph, Jena, and Verna (all officemates) for the Christmas presents! Ahlavem!
- Need to do more Christmas shopping. Que horror…
