Good-bye, summer.
October 7, 2006The days have been colder. Autumn is really here. Leaves start to change color and then fall to the ground… Crunchy autumn leaves, yay!
It’s now 11:05AM and it’s 63F outside. Ohmygodimgonnadiethiswinter.

Yesterday Ate Epie and I went down to the valley with Kuya Mike. We dropped him off at work. Had breakfast at Mimi’s Cafe near the mall. I also got to meet Ate Epie’s best friend, Patty. She’s this sweet, petite woman (4′10″?) and a former jarhead (wow!). Went back to the mall and naturally, Ate Epie made a beeline for the MAC counter at Macy’s. Haha. I ended up buying a couple of stuff for myself, too. Dammit. 
We picked up Kuya Mike around 1pm and stopped over at Miller Honda in Van Nuys to have his sun visor installed. After that we went to the new Westfield mall in Topanga (they just opened that day). It sucked. Most of the restaurants/dining places were closed - only CPK and Red Robin were open. The music was also very loud that you have to talk over it to hear each other. Anyway, we had lunch at Red Robin. Ate Epie bought more make-up stuff at the MAC store, then we went home.
It was a good day.
