Heart in a twist

I feel like my entire digestive system is tied into a freaking knot. My heart feels like it’s going to jump outta my chest, I can’t sleep right, I’ve lost my hearty appetite, and I think too much — way too much.

It’s not even just because of what happened recently, it’s what’s been happening to my life for the past couple of months. I get this strange feeling that I’m a magnet for disaster, that everything I touch turns to shit.

*sigh*

I feel sick.
